Strategic Planning

The St Martin’s Pre-Primary School’s strategic planning is a process through which the School defines and articulates its vision for the future and identifies both short-term and long-term goals and objectives for achieving this. All of the School’s stakeholders are involved in the process and include the Governing Body, parents, staff and Church.
Strategic planning makes our school proactive rather than reactive and involves stepping back from our day-to-day operations and asking where the School is headed and what its priorities should be. Strategic planning has the benefit of increasing operational efficiency together, as shared sense of responsibility is instilled. Also, expectations are managed and trust is bolstered.
